Can no longer sort my apps after update

With the latest update to my phone, which is a samsung twenty five I can no longer sort my apps on having difficulty grouping.My apps, I am getting pop up messages on my home page.I want to throw this phone in the trash.

Is this the popup you are seeing? You may have accidentally locked your home screen layout. If so, yu can adjust this in home screen settings.

I have a S24+ and something happened to my homescreen! I'm assuming after the update and it went to Homescreen easy mode - I hate it!!!!!!! I can't get it to return to normal! It's a Black square with enlarged text boxes, **bleep**!?? Does anyone know how to help??? I have shut it off and on etc, can't find the setting for this homescreen anywhere? Please help me, thank you!
