Hello, When I set an alarm I don't see the clock in the notification panel telling me my alarm is set.

Until they decide to bring back the notification of the alarm, I suggest the following workarounds.  Also, send feedback through the support tab that you want this feature back.

1. Put the alarm widget on your home screen and AOD. That way you will be able to set, check and disable it at a glance.  You can add multiple alarm widgets if you use more than one alarm.

2. Instead of setting an alarm, create a routine to play music at your wakeup time:  You can also create a routine to *set* your alarm at a certain time for a certain time (set alarm at 5 p.m. for 6 a.m.), that way if you see the routine is running, you know the alarm has been set.

Where is this support tab so I can send them feedback of all the simple things they destroyed.  Whoever made these choices .. absolute disconnect from reality and every day life ...  Unreal.

Open the members app. On the bottom right of the opening page is the support tab.

@userYCKLC4u9BM This is a change with the new UI 7. I haven't seen any method to bring it back.

I do not have OneUI7 yet, still on 6.1/14 on my A54 and the alarm notification ribbon is not in the notification bar for me either.  They changed something in a recent update to take it away and it is unacceptable.  People need to be able to see that their alarm is set and they should not have to add a widget to do so.  When I need to set an alarm (rarely), it showed in my notification area on my lock screen and on my AOD when it was set.  Now it doesn't show anywhere.

Ok. Now that I have the update, I noticed that when an alarm is set, it shows in what I'm calling the secondary status bar when you pull down the quick panel. That's also where the BT icon shows. I suspect they put all the missing indicators there.

Can anyone confirm if this has been fixed or it it's going to be fixed?

It's not fixed because it's not broken. It was a design decision that appears to be permanent. The alarm icon appears on the secondary status bar when it's set, and there is no notification card.

Honestly, it doesn't bother me the way it bothers other people.  If I set an alarm, I know I set it.  As long as I can put down the notification shade (which we all do multiple times a day) and see my status icons, I don't care.  I don't need a message bubble cluttering up my notification area either.  I do miss it on the AOD, but it's not critical and I can add it as a widget If I need it.  \

Put your lock screen into edit mode and add the upcoming alarm widget to the area under the clock, any upcoming alarm you  set will show on both the lock screen and the AOD.  If you don't have an upcoming alarm, it will show "off".  If you have an alarm set, it will show you the time it's set for.  You can even set your alarm from that widget without unlocking your phone.
