Swipe for Notifications not working

I have changed a setting, called Swipe Down for Notification Panel, so I can swipe down from anywhere on my screen to see notifications. Every time I change it, it turns off. I have to go back to settings and turn that feature on again.

Has anyone figured out this issue?

Try clearing the cache in the One Ui Home app.

Go to settings, apps, type in the search box, One Ui Home, open it, scroll to storage, open, clear cahe.
