Why this is my last Samsung phone

I’ve been a loyal Samsung user for years, but this might be the last one I buy. It’s beyond frustrating when older devices get the latest One UI update before newer, more capable models. If I’m paying a premium for a flagship device, (Samsung 24 ultra) I expect timely updates, not to be left waiting while older phones somehow get priority.

This whole rollout has been horribly handled, and frankly, I won’t be doing this again. If Samsung can’t figure out how to treat their best customers right, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Complaining when the s24 got beta first really

In the US only T mobile devices got the Beta..I have the 24 Ultra and I'm still waiting..

If you want the ability to participate in betas, buy your phone from Samsung or have Tmobile as your provider.

That's not a fact. At least not completely. The beta for ui7 on the s24 is limited to a few countries. Meanwhile, Android 16 is approaching when Samsung didn't even release ui7 that is built on Android 15. Also, Samsung is behind with security updates, which is not a good thing. In February the latest monthly security update was from December. Now it's from February 1, when we are halfway March.
