Why this is my last Samsung phone

I’ve been a loyal Samsung user for years, but this might be the last one I buy. It’s beyond frustrating when older devices get the latest One UI update before newer, more capable models. If I’m paying a premium for a flagship device, (Samsung 24 ultra) I expect timely updates, not to be left waiting while older phones somehow get priority.

This whole rollout has been horribly handled, and frankly, I won’t be doing this again. If Samsung can’t figure out how to treat their best customers right, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Complaining when the s24 got beta first really

In the US only T mobile devices got the Beta..I have the 24 Ultra and I'm still waiting..

If you want the ability to participate in betas, buy your phone from Samsung or have Tmobile as your provider.

As others said there are no phones older the S24 series that got the One UI 7 or the Beta version for that matter.

I was trying to find a reply/post from a Samsung Moderator that states the new series phones were designed/developed they were made to work with the new One UI 7 including the new A series. It went on to say that it takes more time to work out the bugs/issues in order for the new UI to work on older phones.
