Videos I make for Social media doesn't show up in my Gallery?

Can someone please help me. I try to make videos for tik tok amd IG but when I click on gallery only 9 pics show up but i jave over 400 in my gallery. I dont know how to make the others show up.

When youre making a post and it pulls up your images to select, there should be a section above the images,
(that looks similar to the image ive attached to my reply),

you can click to change the album you want to choose to browse through.
