Photos from gallery shows different when uploaded to social platforms

When i take a picture view and view in gallery it is fine but when its being uploaded to social its in a different orientation, why is this happening?

That usually happens because of how your phone stores the photo’s orientation versus how the social app reads it. Rotate before you upload it.
