Very slow security 15 update s24plus

Loading like a snail and then says after 3%of the down load it says code 407 don't know why? I did restart phone and know it is only up to 8% not getting anywhere

Just did mine (s24 U) and it went thru with no issues

I've heard some people saying it could be Verizon not sure?
