Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Yes I have Verizon and a Samsung s24 Plus been downloading for two and a half hours and still at 10% of the security update 15

S21 Ultra with Verizon as a provider and I'm having the same issue. May be a Verizon thing.

Same 407 error on Update 15 on S24 base.

3.5 hrs later, update on my security 15 downloading like a snail it's gone with an error code 407 on the software update menu!

I've been unable to download a security update on my Samsung S21+ since yesterday. I've made multiple attempts to download the update and it keeps failing. System Update 56, Android Security Patch
