User guide section confusion on my Galaxy S24 Ultra

I would love for someone to explain 

this to me! I have a Galaxy S24 Ultra. When I go to the bottom of my phone where the user guide is. This is what it shows me, and I'll also have a pic of the about info on my phone.

Tech Support referred me to an authorized repair location, but I have to file an insurance claim supposedly first. However, I was able to finally download a PDF copy of the correct manual to my phones internal storage. I'll try the authorized repair service in the next few days to see if they can fix the issue. I have to set an appointment to be seen.
