S24 fe charging problem

Adaptor and cable is original but have some charging issue

At first it was started with one side of port was just charging and other side  was super fast

Then it get worst and now is just charging and not charging on each side

I tried other original chargers but still the same so its about my phone 

I dont know its software or hardware issue 

But if someone just make me clear wether its software issue or not, i'll be grateful.

Any help would make me close to solution

Run diagnostics in settings > device care to see if it's a hardware issue.

Could be usb port going bad or loose or could be the cables
