What does it mean when you plug in your phone with USB type C, when one side of the plug doesn't work but when you flip the plug over and re-plug it, it's now working. It's it more a phone issue or a cable issue?

Galaxy S24One of the features to usb-c is that the cable is able to be plugged in either way. if this is not working then either the cable is defective, or the port has gone bad. the best way to test this is to use a different cable. if you experience the same issue, then the port itself is likely the culprit.
