What does it mean when you plug in your phone with USB type C, when one side of the plug doesn't work but when you flip the plug over and re-plug it, it's now working. It's it more a phone issue or a cable issue?

Galaxy S24@Jason29 Either the cable is defective or the port on the phone is damaged.
