I am looking for information, insight on further action regarding returns. I bought 2 brand new S24 Ultras as well as 2 wallet cases from Samsung in December. When I received them, one of the wallet cases stopped working. So I reached out to Samsung Plus via chat . The first attempt, they called me. The guy on their end suggested that I restart my phone, factory reset, and once I did that, we got disconnected and he never called back. Needless to say the wallet case still didn't work. So I reached out again via chat and another person said they would start the return process for me and for me to check my email for the return information. I asked what happens if I don't receive it. They just said to continue to look for it. Well, I never received it! And after reaching out to them again, they're telling me that it's past the return date and I cannot return it. Even though I've sent screenshots to them stating when I started the return process it was within the return window. And they just simply tell me there's nothing they can do.
What can anyone suggest I do? Other, I will just have to sue them as this is completely unprofessional for a giant corp to do this to their customers. You have an.issue with your products, then the consumer should be able to return it for a full refund. They tried to say that I received it on Dec 15 but the retreat expired on the 21. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Also, unsure how long this will be posted before Samsung takes it down. They do monitor the forums. As another post I wrote and asked about something different was removed by them.

Galaxy S24You would need to try customer service since itās past 15 days I donāt see them being able to help plus this is a user to user support community we canāt provide any help with returns
