All the issues are still there even after the stable update. The location is still being used. Nonstop, by the system APPS looks like Samsung wants us to switch to apple.

No, Europe got it on the 7th because their law requires certain things from companies and one of them involves updates. So now your deflecting and not staying on topic. I have already explained the Android update policy for US carriers and you keep going on. No one lied to you, you just let your impatience and apparent ignorance on US Android update policies to get the best of you. When I say Android I mean Android so {>OnePlus, LG, Motorola, etc. The process had been the same since the earliest days of Android and considering I have been using Android since some of it's earliest releases (donut, eclair) the update policy has been the same. If you understood the backend work involved with oneUi7 you might understand why it's been delayed so long but the next version will likely be in beta before EOY if not released.

In European countries, it is OTA from Samsung. In the US, it is from your carrier, full stop. Samsung sells most of their devices in the US, 85-90 % via carrier deals. To offset the cost of those deals, carriers add apps that they get PAID by app developers to put on devices.
Did you get a carrier deal when you got your phone?

Funny that you don't understand how an international border can alter laws.

Not sure what you're reading but are you referring to lives like,

"The update will be available in the U.S. starting with the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold6, and Z Flip6 on April 10, gradually rolling out to more Galaxy smartphones and tablets. "

That's not a lie or is available but the carriers haven't released it and is says STARTING where if it was released to ask phones it would say RELEASED ON. You have to understand what words mean in the legal world when you say it says something it don't.

Except there is no semantics at play here, as was mentioned, Samsung did not say the update would be released to devices on the 10th, but that it would release to the carriers on the 10th.  It is not semantics, it is simple reading.

Has to do with the carriers on when they'll drop the update. Samsung already published the update
