All the issues are still there even after the stable update. The location is still being used. Nonstop, by the system APPS looks like Samsung wants us to switch to apple.

Carriers don't modify the updates. Any bloatware that gets installed is based on the sim detected and is done OTA.

I didn't know, how do they manage to install carrier specific system apps ( unable to uninstall or disable) ota with getting user permission, that seems like a Trojan waiting to happen

There is a code in carrier specific phones (CSC) that indicates what region and carrier the phone is for. That determines what carrier specific software/features are installed. The firmware between carriers is exactly the same. Even the firmware for unlocked is the same. The only difference is the CSC codes on the devices.
