Phone settings
General Management
Reset
Reset Wifi and bluetooth settings
Note doing this reset you will need to reset up all wifi and bluetooth devices

Galaxy S24Go to:
• Settings
• Scroll down and tap on "General Management"
• Tap on "Reset"
• Tap on "Reset Wi-Fi and bluetooth Settings
• Tap on "Reset Settings"
And you're done.. try again to connect to your Wi-Fi again..

Galaxy S24If you were in safe mode and speeds where great you would need to see which app was the last one installed before you lost your speeds and uninstall it
