I keep getting Shop Samsung notifications on my Samsung S24 Ultra (OneUI 7.0, Android 15). But notifications are already disabled for the Shop Samsung app.

The notifications display the Samsung "Shop" logo. When I long-press the notification card and go to Settings, it displays the screen indicating notifications for Shop Samsung are already not enabled (as I previously set). When I go into the phone's Settings > Apps, I can confirm the Shop Samsung app is in deep sleep and disabled.

If I select the notification, the Shop Samsung app is displayed.

There appear to be no settings from within the Shop Samsung app that will result in disabled notifications.

This one has me stumped. Has anyone else figured out how to stop these kinds of notifications?

Go to settings, apps, where it says your apps tap on the 3 lines, toggle on show system apps, type in Push, you will see Samsung Push services, open it, go to notifications and toggle it off.

I don't get any ads from any Samsung apps.

Thanks for that! I hadn't detected that entirely other app (Samsung Push Services) to deal with. I appreciate it, Robin621k.

I am curious if that setting change resolved your issue and has maintained the setting. I had this same issue in the past and was able to turn the push notifications off and happily avoid the constant Samsung notifications. Then out of the blue one day last spring they started to appear. I ignored them for a while but they were becoming annoying. I verified Samsung Shop notifications were still turned off. I checked the Samsung push notifications and was surprised to see they had been turned on. That was apparently a default setting and changed after an update. So a new solution for my preference to maintain fewer notifications, especially when I feel they are at a nuisance or harassment level (Samsung level), the Samsung Shop app is completely unnecessary and has been deleted from my phone. Happy to report I never receive unwanted notifications from Samsung which is seriously one of the best things ever.

Not long after my Aug 13 message exchange, those push notifications began again. Inpatient with the whole whack-a-mole process I deleted the Shop application, entirely. I regret this means I can't tell you if there's a setting that allows the application to remain, without having to endure the push notifications.
