Galaxy S24The simplest way i can possibly put it would be to say that Samsung should focus on one target at a time instead of trying to hit two birds with one stone.
This is just the insights and suggestions coming from an Android dev that is primarily tasked with doing security probing, aka Ethical Hacking, on things i can not legally disclose due to a currently binding NDLA. This, however, is solely my opinion on the best way for Samsung to move forward and away from the current dumpster fire of a situation they have created by their own lack of insightful thought. Instead of using even semi experienced testers on the One UI 7 Beta like they have basically every time before this, they just opened up the floodgates and let anyone with a pulse foremost the Beta until it was full. Hopefully, they learned a lesson. I currently have 2 Galaxy S24 Ultras, but only one is rooted and running One UI, and I'm still on One UI 6.1 because I was literally in a coma when the One UI Beta was released. My other phone is dual booted with Developer OS skin for Android 15 and a "lite" version of Ubuntu on Linux. It is used more to run virtual devices from a Windows 11 PC to a Google Nexus/Pixel or Chrome OS. Basically, anything but Apple Products.
Alas, I should really go knock out a couple of course modules for the certifications I need to do what I actually want to do for a living. Building and tuning racecars on stand-alone ECUa as well as reflash tuning OEM production ECUa. Leading to a fun, challenging job, as my own boss, all whilst laying on my crippled **bleep** in bed. Oh, what a wonderful world we have to live in. I don't need my legs when I have my brain, a laptop, and an old lady spec, a complete sleeper Grand Cherokee powered by a handbuilt 5.7L Hemi V8. When your brain can't help but work as a mechanical construct with "M.A.I. Software" driving it, you gotta be doing 3 things at once, or you feel like you're watching time go by, and every second feels like you just wasted an opportunity. As I write this, I'm also working on a little passion project that will basically let me completely tune a person's vehicle, anywhere you can get 4G on the planet, through pretty much any web browser whether the person has a laptop or a phone. Html apps are fun like that. It keeps me from having to develop a different an interface for Apple crapple also.
Have a fantastic night y'all. It's 23° and snowing over here next to Yellowstone. Time for coffee and a hearing pad.
✌️ & 🤟 y'all,
DANK OG (aka; SuperMangold)
