Samsung TV plus randomly stopped working

Hey~ my samsung tv plus randomly stopped working...

Anyone know who I can't talk to about this? and is anyone else experiencing this?

@FromAbove It's working fine for me. If you provide more details it is better for someone trying to help. 

Does the app not open? Does the app open and not show anything? Does the app open but won't play a show?

It opens but tap on anything and it reads...error. (null)
Try again or contact us... nothing works tho

@FromAbove Have you tried force stopping the app and clearing the app's cache?

Have you tried restarting your device?

Lastly you can submit a bug report via the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send feedback.

I went through text chat support and they left me on read... I just closed the chat

I also deleted and reinstalled... but no luck
