Out of the blue my analog audio from usb-c port stopped working. I bought a quality USB-C DAC adapter that works with my galaxy tablet and an old S23, but still nothing from my s24. I have done all of the troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. Has anyone else seen this? It was not associated with a software update.

I have the same problem. No analog audio output via the USB-C port on my S24. It worked flawlessly for about 18 months but ceased to function a couple of months ago. I have tried several sets of headphones and all to no avail. Forums suggest numerous S24 devices with the same problem.

Thanks for the reply. I went back in and cleared the cache and settings in the USBSETTINGS system app. The next time I plugged in my DAC adapter I got a message that a third-party "snake camera" app I use wanted to control USB. I selected (do not allow) and now everything is working again. Long shot that it will help you, but I'm hopeful.

The exact same thing has happened to me with my S24. The adapter and headphones work on my husband's iPhone, just not mine anymore. It did for about 18 months and now it won't even read the USB-C is connected! This is absurd! Especially for the amount of money I spent on this phone, I can't get something as simple as the headphones to work with it...makes me want to switch back to Apple!
