Hi all I bought galaxy s24+ in December 2024 so far good but since few days my phone suddenly gets stuck or sometimes not stuck too and getting switched off most of the time it's getting switched off. Memory is not full and I don't have any gaming apps too is it me or is anyone if you seeing the same issue pls let me know thanks
I picked up my phone and right as the screen lit up, the phone shut off.
Chcked the battery percentage graph in settings and after the "crash", the graph sharply dropped by around 5-10%.
Earlier today I noticed the phone lagging quite a bit when on low state of charge (~7%), when I plugged the phone in at ~3%, the percentage kept dropping all the way to 0% (phone stayed on). Eventually the battery went up.
So I am fairly confident the battery is dying, even though the battery health is at ~90%.
