Device Care Battery Activity Issue

Any idea why Battery Activity isn't tracking, i reset my phone 3 days ago and it hasn't fixed anything...

Unfortunately not even that has helped fix the issue. 🫠

 after resetting my phone again 4 days ago it was working fine up until today. I Dont understand why this is happening... I haven't changed any settings or installed anything odd.

Is there truly no fix?
