S24 Ultra not receiving updates

My S24 Ultra is not receiving updates. The other phones in my household all have received the UI7.. I've called Samsung, T-Mobile and U-Break Fix. Nobody has an answer. I'm especially upset with Samsung. They built the phone, and they can't even tell me what's up?

Updates come directly from your carrier, so you should be upset with them for not remedying the problem you're experiencing. Do you remember which steps they went through when they were troubleshooting? Have you tried installing Smart Switch on a computer and connecting the phone to attempt to force an update?

I have tried smart switch through my laptop and it's not picking up any update either.

Did you get all the phones in your household from your carrier, or are some directly from Samsung? There may be a difference in timing between carrier locked vs. unlocked models.

The posters problem was easy to diagnose, it use to be on Verizon.
