Unable to update my s24 ultra

I'm seeing this on my  s24 ultra. But when i click to open no update is available  too.

Did you purchase your phone from a third party vendor or directly from Samsung? This is an ongoing issue for many users.

Sorry you're experiencing this.

You should be able to bypass OTA issues and update the phone using Smart Switch for PC/Mac. If you don't have access to a computer, you can visit a certified Samsung repair center and they should be able to take care of this for you.

For future reference, it is always best to buy factory unlocked phones directly from samsung. Third parties such as Amazon and their sellers often do not label the devices for sale properly and it can lead to issues like this down the line.

No that's not what I asked in about phone tap software information at bottom shows the current update month and year

This is baloney, I bought mine direct from Samsung and im getting the same error when trying to update
