S24 Ultra Drawing Assist /Samsung Account

Why is Drawing Assist not working? I am unable to generate anything and this is a favorite of mine. 

Update error, as usual?

Is there a solution, or is this another " We are working on this" excuse?

Also, I cannot update the Samsung Account app because there is no update option, which is affecting apps, features, etc.

Cache, uninstalling, reinstalling, have proven nothing.

App support and Samsung are ignoring my messages.

Good performance on my expensive phone is dwindling.
