Galaxy S24Hi everyone,
I'm currently using an US version S24, and I'm unsure when it happened but maybe after the most recent update 2 or 3 weeks ago, and now my S24 can't use any bluetooth drvice for call at all including Android Auto.
I can connect to my earpods and use them for music, hear sound from YouTube videos, and I can even hear the incoming call notification; same thing for Android Auto. However, once I accept the call, I cannot hear anything and the other person cannot hear me. I made sure the Call option under the Bluetooth settings for my earpods is turned on, and the earpods have worked fine for the past two years.
I also tried multiple new Bluetooth earpods and the problem is still there. I tried other cars and none of them work with Android Auto on my S24. I tested with an iPhone, a Pixel, and another S25, and all of them worked with my earpods, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay.
Does anyone know what happened here? Thank you.

Galaxy S24I found this post in another Samsung community. Haven't gone through all of the comments, but I don't think there are any potential fixes yet.

Galaxy S24I'm experiencing exactly the same issue as the OP. My phone was new tho and I sent it back for repair. It wasnt until I updated my old phone that the penny dropped and I realised it the update thats the problem. Samsung need to send a patch! This seems to be a world wide problem.

Galaxy S24Same problem here. Earbuds works, I can listen music. But during calls, sometimes I can hear the other person talking, sometimes not, but the other side cannot hear my voice. Same thing happens when connected to Android Auto over bluetooth.
