Brand new s24 and ONE DROP WITH CASE CAUSED THIS

Everything has it's "sweet" spot.  Even unbreakable glass breaks if it hits at just the right angle.  That being said, having a case isn't iron clad protection.  A case can only mitigate-if you didn't have the case, the damage may have been worse. It depends on how high it dropped from, angle of impact, surface it impacted with.  A single drop, even with a case can cause a wire, chip or sensor to come loose due to the vibration, even if there is no external damage to the phone.  Sorry, but that wouldn't even be covered under warranty because the phone was dropped, which essentially makes your whole warranty void, since there is no way to tell whether subsequent damage was a factory defect or delayed issues from the fall.  You need to take it to a uBreakiFix location and have it evaluated.  Perhaps the repair won't be too expensive.  Also, I wouldn't mention you dropped it. They will likely know anyway, as the phones have a drop sensor/meter inside and this is used routinely to deny warranty service.
