I currently have an S24 Ultra and Truhearing (Signia) hearing aids. The hearing aids work work nicely with the S24. All sounds are sent to the hearing aids with the one exception of a call ringtone. When I receive a call the ringtone comes from the phone speakers instead of going to the hearing aids. I have covered all settings, uninstalled the Truhearing app, installed it again and went through setup. Everything is still the same, all sounds, except for ringtone, goes to the hearing aids. I have even switched to the Signia app (developers of the Truhearing app) and the results are the same.

At this time, when in public, I switch the phone to mute and use the virbrate mode to know when it is ringing. That way others are not disturbed with my phone calls.

Is there anyway to have the phone call ringtone go to my hearing aids instead of the phone?

It’s possible, and in fact likely, that the difference lies in which Bluetooth / streaming standard your hearing aids use, and how the phone treats ringtones / system sounds under that standard.

I have Phonak hearing aids and on my A36 I hear all sounds through them. They connect automatically when I put them in.
