Recent Update Battery Life on phone and watch

I know everyone is posting on phone battery life after this ui update... I lose about 12% an hour with zero usage...but also noticed my watch is also draining super fast. Is that somehow related?

Several models have been reported so far to having the battery issue and seems maybe on watch also maybe June update will have fix
