Galaxy S24Ok, I have full bars, and Google Play is still not loading. If I could send a video, that would help.

Galaxy S241. Check your actual internet connection.
Even with full bars, your data or WiFi might not be working. Try opening a website in Chrome or playing a video on YouTube. If nothing loads, switch between WiFi and mobile data to see which one works.
2. Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
Swipe down from the top of your screen, turn on Airplane Mode, wait about 10 seconds, then turn it off. This resets your connection.
3. Clear Google Play Store cache and data.
Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data. Then try opening the Play Store again.
4. Make sure your date and time are set correctly.
Go to Settings > General management > Date and time, and turn on โAutomatic date and time.โ If the time is off, Googleโs servers may block access.
5. Restart your phone.
Sometimes a simple restart clears things up.
6. Check Google Play Services.
Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Services. Force stop it, then go to Storage and clear the cache and data. Restart your phone.
7. Remove and re-add your Google Account.
Go to Settings > Accounts > Google > Remove account. Then go back to Accounts and add it again.
8. Test your network with another app.
If nothing else works, try installing a browser like Firefox from another app store or check fast.com to see if your internet is actually working.
