Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Is this software update 27 for the s23 ultra the one ui 7 update? It's taking forever to download.

I have been trying to download this update for the past day now and it has been going super slow then throw 407 error code at me. I have tried everything besides what it tells me to do bc idk how to do it. Someone pls help😭

Note: now if you select software update on your phone's usb settings, you gotta allow your pc to install smart switch and you can do the update through there. It still takes forever but it'll work

I tried this yesterday with smart switch as the OTA update have me an error code so I manually installed the update and notice no difference and I'm still on 6 one UI. Wonder if the update didn't work even though it said complete. It was 11.8 gb and morning to show for it?? So confused lol. Thanks for your help tho

Yeah I have Verizon first time I've ever had a trouble updating my phone all I need for it to finish and restart my phone and my alarms for me to get up for work won't go off bc it reset its self. So pls help😭😭😂
