Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

As of Sunday Jan 26 the it's works, I was able to download it.

Clear the Cache Partition power phone off press the buttons to clear the cache Partition after the clear retry the system update

Interesting.
It should have been fine as of Sunday.  Our last phone was good to go as of that day.
I really hope they did not screw up your phone as a result of this issue...

working now, it took just less than a min and download was finished, on my Verizon Samsung s23 Ultra
