Hi. I ordered through Samsung shop app - Samsung s24 ultra 1TB, payment got deducted and order went through,

After an hour, got an email that order got cancelled for some reason and now I cant use my vouchers. 

No specific reasons mentioned. 

Did anyone find a fix?

I usually buy from Tmobile, and it gets shipped much earlier. I also don't get charged until a day or two before it gets shipped.

This time, I had to buy one from Samsung.com for the first time and am having the same experience (got charged right away, and the estimate keeps changing).
I don't understand how they can just change the estimated delivery time. What's the purpose of it if it just keeps significantly changing.

I literally had almost the same exact experience in 2022, except I spent over 16 hours on the phone with them to get your same exact results. I had to call Amex and file a claim and they reversed the charges thankfully. This year I went direct through tmobile despite my preference to the unlocked phone with 1tb.

weird..I ordered mine on the 20th says delivery 31st but I got a email this morning saying my order shipped n will be here the 26th

They did the same with my unlocked 1TB Green - 1\31 and then my order email says by Feb 14 - my husband ordered 3 days ago and has his tracking for delivery tomorrow!

So I've been trying to upgrade my current s21 to the new s24. My s21 U is paid off and ready for the 1000 dollar trade in offer. After choosing all my accessories and stuff, the Samsung page prompts me to verizon to sign in and select the device/line im trading in. It shows me 3 line that are on my account including mine. But only mine is grayed out and doesn't let me select it. Verizon says it's samsungs problem. Samsung says it's verizons problem. Back and forth. I'm getting nowhere with any of the two companies. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks yall

Did you go to Samsung. com or the Shop app, which is different and much better.

@DrewDrewPew Did you still not resolve your preorder? Cannot believe this is happening to you. When you went to Shop App it wouldn't take your device for trade in just doesn't sound right! Use chat in app much better than website. If still having problems contact ecommerce by phone & ask for supervisor. This shouldn't be happening.
I do know there are certain things Verizon cannot do in Samsung I e. Samsung Cloud .
But they have to accept your phone...which device are you trying to trade in?
