Galaxy S24Hi. I ordered through Samsung shop app - Samsung s24 ultra 1TB, payment got deducted and order went through,
After an hour, got an email that order got cancelled for some reason and now I cant use my vouchers.
No specific reasons mentioned.
Did anyone find a fix?

Galaxy S24Either my person did not know how to cancel like your rep did or because I was talking to the representative over the weekend, he could not talk to a supervisor to get approval.
He said that the supervisors would not be available until today and I should call back.
I responded that I just wasted three hours ordering and following up on a non available product, have the supervisors call me.
He responded that it was not Samsung policy to do that.
That is when I got on the phone to my bank CC people and reversed the charges.

Galaxy S24Yes, same happened to me during the S22 Ultra pre-order - and after having the delivery delayed for 30 days and counting, I cancelled the order and bought directly from my carrier Verizon.
Two years later I am experiencing the same nightmare.
It seems like with anarchy it is hit or miss, and I just have been unlucky.

Galaxy S24Yeah. I noticed that when I ordered, they sent an email saying March 8. I called Samsung Order Support and they are giving me a run around saying they are having technical issues currently in the Philippines and have to call me back in 5 hours...I will believe it, when I get the call. Otherwise I will have to call them back and not be happy about it....

Galaxy S24My S23 has had a problem of not being able to complete a login with Shop app and that is why I used the samsung.com site.
Again, I use Samsung products almost exclusively and this is driving me crazy.
But I did just what you suggested & told the rep that I was going to cancel via my bank credit card - which I did.

Galaxy S24Verizon, TMobile, ATT etc. all have stock issues and a lot of orders every time a new phone is released. Rarely have I heard (0 times with Verizon) have these carriers extended a delivery date once they have provided a delivery date. Apple is actually pretty good too. I had to buy an iPhone 15 Pro Max for my wife and for a week or two it was listed as unavailable. Finally, I received an estimated delivery date, I ordered and the delivery date was met.
It seems clear, that others have much better learned how to deal with large order volumes than Samsung.

Galaxy S24I have zero issues with Samsung deliveries. Mostly you have to be patient. I also stay away from provider bloat. Onc unlocked, I will never go back to a provider locked phone.
S24 and S21.
