Hi. I ordered through Samsung shop app - Samsung s24 ultra 1TB, payment got deducted and order went through,

After an hour, got an email that order got cancelled for some reason and now I cant use my vouchers. 

No specific reasons mentioned. 

Did anyone find a fix?

The website functioned well enough to Cancel my "free" charger but could not Cancel my "1 TB S24 Ultra."

This is really bad.

Totally unacceptable. Did you call Samsung E-Commerce? It's their 800 # but you specify to the unknowledgable persons at customer service you need to speak with a supervisor @ E-Commerce. I would cancel the CC charges & go to the Shop App. Also agree re colour as my case will cover phone completely as well. Still think it's the 1TB causing all the havoc on website, where most go to order. It happened to me. I still am a strong believer in unlocked phones. When it arrives you just put your sim card in & the phone works..Sorry you are having so much aggravation.

Agreed.

I told my rep why have the cancel option active on my account if it was past an undisclosed "in process" date.

Naturally, the poor guy had zero response.

My order is still being processed since an hour after i placed the order.  At least it wasn't cancelled.  Hoping for the best.

I initially preordered the Titanium Violet because orange was unavailable. Then orange became available, so I got on the customer service chat to cancel that Violet order. The tech initially said the same thing, that it was 'in process,' despite still showing "Pre-order" on my end, and showing the "cancel" button.
I questioned that, and the tech said that if I cancelled, it would give an error. I was like, "so how are people supposed to know what's what if they see one thing but it's not really real, and they mess up their order? That's very misleading."
Then he said "I will try to cancel on my end." And he cancelled it šŸ¤·šŸ¾
So I really don't know what the deal is; I kind of thought that the tech just didn't want to go through the rigamarole of cancelling šŸ¤¦šŸ¾

@Scf as usual funky commentary...so what happened did you order the orange? That's the one I preordered. Did you do it in Samsung Shop or the website?

LOL yes I went back and ordered the orange, through the Samsung shop app.
That is, after I confirmed that the violet was cancelled and showed as such in my account. Right now, my delivery shows as 2/21, smh

Probably because the orange went so fast I preordered on the 17th so they gave me a delivery date of the 31st...it may possibly change as well. The way Samsung has been going of late. However in the past always got my order earlier or on time. Should have gone to the Shop App sooner lolol...why do so many go to the website? A completely different experience.

I ordered the stupid green color on the website as it had a January 29 delivery date.

I do not care about the color as my case will obscure the phone color.

Ironically, I cared about shortest delivery date no matter what the color and I still got extended to Samsung never never land.
