Pre-order, Trade-in, promotions, discounts - Need help!

Hi. I ordered through Samsung shop app - Samsung s24 ultra 1TB, payment got deducted and order went through,

After an hour, got an email that order got cancelled for some reason and now I cant use my vouchers. 

No specific reasons mentioned. 

Did anyone find a fix?

Waisted my whole day. First I wasn't allowed to sing in (502 bad gateway). Then after hours I was allowed to sign in throughout the APP, but struggled to enter the EDU discount. Now finally everything seems to be in good shape and boom "your offer is no longer available"... great, going to trade in a s22 ultra and still have to pay a fortune + lost the whole day. Shame on you Samsung!

Finally worked now, for both me and my husband (two separate orders)

It took me 40 mins, but I was finally able to get through and finalize my payment! Keep trying!

I ended up losing half of my samsung credit. I won't ever buy thru samsung like this ever again.

I kept pressing "Order" every 10 mins, and it went through after about 5 click's. So an hour later, it went through.

Same issues as above with the app, but once I used Samsung's browser, I got it instantly 🤷🏽‍:male_sign: Will be requesting a $50 credit.
