Galaxy S24OneDrive app will not open and is causing Samsung Account app to crash.
I have cleared partition cache.
Uninstalled updates and disabled app. I am unable to uninstall the app completely. If I leave it disabled, Samsung Account app stops crashing. If I reenable it, Samsung app crashes.
I can log into OneDrive through browser. Samsung Files app not syncing either.
This issue is NOT occurring on my Samsung Tab S9 FE only on my S24 Ultra

Galaxy S24One Drive cannot be uninstalled, but you can clear the app data. Clearing the app data refreshes the app as if it was a new install. It will not delete any files already in the cloud, it just deletes the app settings and any customizations you may have done - notifications, notification sounds, etc.) Try deleting the data and then re enabling the app to see if that helps. You can always disable it again if it doesn't.
If the issue is only happening on your one device and not the other, that usually means there is something in your own phone's settings or temp files hanging it up. You said you cleared the phones cache partition, did you also clear the app cache from both OneDrive (note deleting the data will also delete the cache) and the Samsung Account app? Try booting into safe mode and seeing if the issue occurs in safe mode. Warning: this may mess up some of your home screen organization and customized settings.
If none of this helps, put in an error report. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692

Galaxy S24Server errors happen from time to time. You can usually try again and it goes through. A server error has more to do with the server than with the app.
Your last resort would be to preserve all your personally created data and factory reset your phone. You can do a complete Smart Switch backup (or a selective backup) to a computer, flash drive or Samsung's temporary cloud storage and then restore your data after a reset.
