That's up to the carriers. Samsung already released it
on the 10th, but as of now, only Verizon and T-Mobile customers have the update unfortunately, I'm an AT&T customer I'll be buying my next phone directly from Samsung.
Since they give you the unlocked version and by the way, I hate AT&T they are starting to agitate me.

I just read Samsung delayed the release for some regions. We should get it in the morning.

In Europe they did its with the processor used not same as ours exynos is used not sna dragon on many phones in Europe
