Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Date ordered:

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):

- Unlocked or Carrier variant:

- Model, storage capacity, Color:

- Did you trade-In:

- Estimated delivery date:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

Hey there, hope you're doing well. Wow, so exciting! Who is the courier that your phone is shipping with? I ordered directly from Samsung so it might be a bit different for me and unfortunately, I am unsure if my order is delayed or not as the expected delivery date has changed however I have not received a delayed email and customer support also states that my phone will be here soon. Either way, I am so excited for you and for us all who are eager to get on to the next big thing. Congrats on your purchase!
