Hello, I brought a s24 ultra phone from Amazon Renewed, The phone is excellent but, I haven't been able to update my software. It's currently stuck on One ui v7 instead of being on One ui v8. I'm using a T mobile sim card on this phone I haven't had any issues with the Sim. Could someone please tell me why am I experiencing update issues?

I heard this could be the issue of why I haven't been able to receive updates.

You can try connecting your phone to your computer with a cable and open Smartswitch to see if an update appears. If not, you may need to take it to a service center to get it updated.

According to the displayed info, it's a factory unlocked model with T-Mobile carrier software. You should be able to download OTA updates from T-Mobile.

Try using Smart Switch on a computer. See "software update via Smart Switch on your Windows PC or Mac" on this page:

That's 2 today already, this one should work through.

As @meeself says, try Smart Switch on a PC, it should update because you have a TMobile SIM in a phone that has TMobile firmware installed.

Just realize that there will be like 8 updates that will have to install. If the first one works using Samrt Switch the subsequent updates should work without Smart Switch. Theoretically speaking.
