Galaxy S24You can try connecting your phone to your computer with a cable and open Smartswitch to see if an update appears. If not, you may need to take it to a service center to get it updated.

Galaxy S24Just realize that there will be like 8 updates that will have to install. If the first one works using Samrt Switch the subsequent updates should work without Smart Switch. Theoretically speaking.
