Update.  On the original receipt it only showed "Samsung Care+", but in the activation email that I received it clearly stated "Samsung Care+ with Theft and Loss".  Happy camper!šŸ˜„

Full disclosure, I am NOT a lawyer, but these Samsung Care+ contracts appear to written by dyslexic monkey (my apologies to the monkeys).  First the hyperlinks to the terms of service are wrong (Samsung Care+ vs Samsung Care+ with Theft and Loss), that's mostly the web designers issues but I am sure legal has a verification responsibility.  But then reading the Asurion terms they completely contradict each other (thus dyslexic).  Example: Samsung Care+ bulletizes "Samsung Genuine Parts and Certified Technicians" yet the Asurion terms that Samsung redirects you to states " Repairs may use new or refurbished parts, and may contain original or non-original manufacturer parts, and may void the manufacturer warranty."  Really?!  It gets worse: 2. Our Options
At our sole option, we, our Administrator or our Authorized Service Center may repair or replace the Covered Property with substitute parts or provide substitute equipment that:
a. Is of like kind, quality and functionality; and
b. Is either new, refurbished or remanufactured, and may contain original or non-original manufacturer parts;
and
c. May be a different brand, model or color.

Really Samsung?!  You sell and advertise an insurance policy that can allow Asurion to replace your phone with a competitors product?!  By my read of these terms my Samsung could be replaced with (example) a Huawei device?  Seriously!!!  Thus the Monkey business part of my assertion, again my apologies to the monkeys who were maligned by being associated to lawyers.

Misleading?!:  Samsung Care+ bulletizes "Unlimited repairs for Drops, Spills, and Mechanical Breakdown" yet in the details it states "Unlimited claims for mechanical failure."  ie. Not for Drops & Spills.  Come on Samsung, I want to be loyal to you, so please just be honest and upfront with us.  Contract states 3 claims in 1 year ends the contract.  I left my Apple 5 for your Note 2 and have been happily with you ever since.  Is honesty and great products too much to ask for?  Your already half way there!

Something else to watch out for:  $0 Unlimited mechanical breakdown claims up to the MSRP value of the device per 12-month period.  So "Unlimited" has limits, and given the cost of repair MSRP is not a high bar.
