Nobody update your phone the charge issue is still happening

It says so in the title so my 6 month old 24 ultra now can't charge via usb but it still works for data (yay?) Already factory reset and everything (doesn't work) just save yourself the effort and click "no thanks" when it tries to update

Shouldn't be having a issue have you run the diagnostic test maybe the cable not connecting right or usb port dirty

Already tried that and the cable can send data to my pc

Sorry if I sound like a jerk I'll never buy an iphone but google doesn't seem like a good option either
