It says so in the title so my 6 month old 24 ultra now can't charge via usb but it still works for data (yay?) Already factory reset and everything (doesn't work) just save yourself the effort and click "no thanks" when it tries to update
I have no idea what's going on anymore I plugged my phone in using the cord that comes with it connected to the 2.0 on my pc case using the adapter that came with my arctis nova 7 headphones... for some reason that works but not charging it from a ups using the cord
