No sound for calls bluetooth headphones

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

No sound when I get a phone call while using bluetooth headphones. I can hear everything else. Music, videos, ect. But no sound when a call comes in. Any ideas of what the problem is. I have no problem on all the other cheaper bluetooth headphones I use. Only this pair. Yes, they do have call capability. When connect to my S24 Ultra it says its connected for music and calls. Is there something simple I am just not getting??

The top ringtone can adjust i keep mine about 75% the system at bottom about the same but you can set volume as you wish

Can someone please help me I can't hear any sound when I receive phone calls through my Samsung Galaxy buds Plus I can hear audio any kind of other thing I can even hear the phone ring and their phone number but as soon as I answer it there's no sound at all on either end can someone please help me my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21 fe5g

I've done all of that except for the safe mode
