No sound when I get a phone call while using bluetooth headphones. I can hear everything else. Music, videos, ect. But no sound when a call comes in. Any ideas of what the problem is. I have no problem on all the other cheaper bluetooth headphones I use. Only this pair. Yes, they do have call capability. When connect to my S24 Ultra it says its connected for music and calls. Is there something simple I am just not getting??

I had the same problem . I had to remove and reinstall the soundcore app. Forget the soundcore headphones completely from Bluetooth and reconnect

I have forgotten the headphones from and repaired to bluetooth but I did uninstall and reinstall the app. I can try that.

Check Bluetooth Output Settings:

Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.

Tap the settings icon next to your connected Bluetooth device.

Make sure the switches for "Calls" and "Audio" are turned on.

2. Verify Volume Settings:

Increase the volume on your phone, both the general volume and the media volume.

Check the volume on your Bluetooth device as well.

3. Troubleshoot Bluetooth Connection:

Restart your phone: A simple restart can often resolve minor glitches.

Clear Bluetooth cache: Go to Settings > Apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Cache.

Reset app preferences: Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset app preferences.

Unpair and Re-pair: Remove the Bluetooth device from your phone's paired devices list and then re-pair it.

Check for updates: Ensure your phone's software is up to date, as updates can sometimes fix Bluetooth issues.

Consider safe mode: Booting your phone into safe mode can help determine if a downloaded app is causing the problem. If the issue disappears in safe mode, uninstall recently installed apps one by one to identify the culprit.

I have unpair and Re-pair: Remove the Bluetooth device from your phone's paired devices list and then re-pair it.
