When I connect my bluetooth in my car it says its connected, for calls and audio . Everything is turned up and on that should be but only the calls are working. No music like YouTube or Spotify will work. Ive looked everywhere , Re-paired, restarted, there has to be something idk know about. Everything on Bluetooth is on audio, calls, messages whatever is on there. What am I missing? This is driving me nuts it was working yesterday and now it doesnt! Please help! Jill

Step 1: Unpair/Forget the Device (Both Phone & Car)

On your Phone: Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings, find your car's name in the list of paired devices, and select "Forget" or "Delete".

In your Car: Navigate to the Bluetooth or Connected Devices menu in your infotainment system, find your phone in the list, and select the option to "Delete" or "Remove" it.

Step 2: Restart Devices

Turn your car off and on again, and restart your phone.
Toggle your phone's Bluetooth off and then back on.

Step 3: Re-Pair the Connection

In your Car: Select the "Add Phone" or "Add Device" option in the car's Bluetooth menu.

On your Phone: Open your Bluetooth settings, find your car's name in the available devices, and select it.

Follow any prompts on both the phone and the car's screen to enter a PIN if requested, and confirm the pairing to finish the setup.
