You will need to contact your carrier either on phone or in store

Hi good night
Yes, I already did it but they gave me an incorrect code. What happened is that I was an AT&T customer and now I switched to Xfinity and that's where the problem came from. When I bought my cell phone, they activated it with the eSIM and the AT&T provider, I don't know what the **bleep** they did, entered a code many times and now I see the damage they caused me by changing operators.

I've already done it. They tell me that Samsung must provide the code and they also gave me an unlock code, but it's not the MCK network unlock.๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Not too familiar with samsung providing the code I would think that's the carrier on the att site to unlock there's a option to no longer being a customer maybe not correct word by word to unlock give a try tomorrow

to use it:

Insert a different carrier SIM card.

Screen shows "SIM network unlock PIN."

Enter the MCK code (8 digits code) start with 0 if 7digits are provided.

Click UNLOCK.

Screen shows "Network unlock request unsuccessful."

Enter the NCK code (8 digits code), and start with 0 if 7 digits are provided.

Click UNLOCK.

You are always supposed to have your phone unlocked before you switch carriers. But, AT&T is legally required to unlock it now. You cannot get an MCK from Samsung by coming on a user forum. Even If Samsung was the one that you have to obtain it from, you have to call Samsung. Your only other options are to go back with AT&T or purchase a new phone.

Oh yes, I understand. It's frustrating with a cell phone that costs more than 1k and not having an appropriate solution. Thanks for your help.

Call At&t first, the people in the stores are normally useless, which is why they said you have to contact Samsung. If you call Samsung, they are only going to tell you to call the carrier and you will be going around in circles.
