My phone used to connect to my speaker and cheap ear buds, just fine. Now it won't. I was able to use the buds for a call but not for music. It says it's connected but the sound is coming from my phone. I've unpaired, restarted, etc. And I cannot get my new watch to activate. Verizon is working on that. I only mention it to see if the 2 problems could be related.

1. What type of speakers and buds are you using?

2. Did you have an update to your S24 lately?

3. Are you getting any error messages when trying to listen to music?

4. Do you devices pair with your phone via Bluetooth or do they have an app?

5. What apps are you using to listen to music on your S24 Ultra?

Ok. The ear buds are these ... the speaker is this one... There's no error. It tells me that I'm connected for calls and audio. I'm using Spotify. Bluetooth only, no apps. No update recently. 1760725489521.jpg1760725521046.jpg
