In the United States, Amazon bought it.

That is your problem. If you bought your device from a marketplace vendor, there is no guarantee that you bought a US model. That would be the reason you can't install Lyft.

To determine whether you have a US device, go to settings on your device, go to about phone, model number. US phones will end in a U or U1. If it ends in anything else, it's not a US phone.

You would need to return that device

All the methods above, I have tried, still can not use, is the American version of Samsung

@李 Other things that you can do:

• Are you using a VPN or security software? Disable them temporarily to see if it works.
• Contact the developers of the app and ask for a solution.
• Wipe the device cache partition of your phone. There could be some old cached setting that is causing the issue.
• Factory reset your phone
