Galaxy S24To determine whether you have a US device, go to settings on your device, go to about phone, model number. US phones will end in a U or U1. If it ends in anything else, it's not a US phone.
You would need to return that device

- Are you using a VPN or security software? Disable them temporarily to see if it works.
- Contact the developers of the app and ask for a solution.
- Wipe the device cache partition of your phone. There could be some old cached setting that is causing the issue.
- Factory reset your phone
